My fascination with gemstones starts as far back as I can remember.  I vividly recall walking through the gems and minerals section of the Museum of Natural History in New York City and being completely in awe over some of Earth's finest creations.  I was mesmerized by their beauty then and have continued to be intrigued by them to this day.  

 

Over the course of time, I developed a fond interest in jewelry design and have studied all the different properties of gemstones.  I have also educated myself on what to look for as far as quality, therefore I only deal with top distributors who carry the best grade stones available.
 

It was after I graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a degree in Freelance Illustration that I decided to incorporate all the tools and techniques I learned while studying and apply them to my jewelry designs.  Art has always been one of my main passions in life, so it seemed only fitting to make designs that resemble pieces of artwork.   

Most of my inspiration for my designs come from traveling across the globe and finding new and exciting material.  For that reason, designing has been a never ending experiment for me.  I also do not limit myself to only gemstones.  Usually you will see other components mixed in that accentuate them.

Each piece I create is entirely unique in that no two stones are ever the same.  Needless to say, the potential buyer will always feel that they are getting a one of a kind design.   

My main goal is to share my jewelry designs with the world. The satisfaction I get from seeing people wear my creations is what makes it all worthwhile and truly rewarding in the end.
