I do not accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems regarding your order.
 
DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
I am not responsible for orders that have arrived damaged due to mishandling during the delivery process.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have shipped. 
 
I am not responsible for post office delays in shipping due to holidays, incorrect addresses, and other delays.
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I gladly accept returns and exchanges on *certain items. Just contact me within 7 days of delivery. Ship items back to me within 14 days of delivery.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in it's value.
